❤︎ when paying via Stripe, refunds will only be given if I am unable to complete the work, in which an agreed amount from partial up to 100% will be refunded based on how much work has already been completed and the situation at hand.
❤︎ when paying via giftcard, please note that refunds are unfortunately impossible. Please also note that you must pay in GBP, which may incur fees if you hold a different currency. As the gift cards are only available in certain numbers divisible by 5 and 10, the price may not be exact. We will agree on a price that may have to be rounded. This option is mainly intented for anyone who only has Paypal available as a payment method.
